Free speech video sharing platform Rumble has announced that media executive and award-winning producer Nancy Armstrong will serve on its board of directors after it goes public.
Rumble is expected to go public this quarter via a proposed merger with Cantor Fitzgerald-sponsored CF Acquisition Corp. VI (CFVI). After completing the merger, the company will be known as Rumble Inc. and will be publicly listed.
Armstrong has more than 20 years of experience in the media industry and is the founder and executive producer of Happy Warrior Media. She recently launched the award-winning film on attention deficit disorder (ADHD), The Disruptors. Previously, she co-founded MAKERS, the largest women’s video and media platform and library.
