Venezuelan Juan Vicente Mora, who was declared the world's oldest man last week by Guinness World Records, will turn 113 on Friday, Reuters reports.
Juan Vicente Mora, who enjoys good health and a glass of strength every day, has 41 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren, Guinness said in a statement.
In addition to a slight increase in blood pressure and hearing problems due to her age, Mora is healthy and does not take medication, said Henrique Bujan, a doctor at a clinic in San Jose de Bolivar, Tachira, Venezuela. "I think everything is fine," Bujan said. Mora became the oldest man in the world after Saturnino de la Fuente Garcia, who was born on February 11, 1909 in Spain, died in January at the age of 112 years and 341 days.
